We are Notary Publics for the State of California, providing notary services in Los Angeles & Orange Counties for both local and out-of-state clients.
The fact is that today, most people live in the fast lane, clients find it hard to take time out of their busy schedules to drive somewhere to sign their loan documents. We travel to YOU or YOUR CLIENTS to get documents signed at a time that is preferable to your schedule...evenings, weekends, and holidays! We strictly adhere to state notary public regulations and requirements when obtaining documents signatures and preparing acknowledgements for seal.
We are licensed California Notary Publics -- specializing in legal and estate loan signings. We work with real estate, mortgage and title companies to complete loan packages.

General Facts about Notary:
A Notary Public is a public service, appointed by the state government, after completion of testing, as well as background checks, to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths.
Notarization is designed to deter fraud and ensure that documents are properly executed. The notary is an impartial witness who screens out individuals with identification documents and finger-printing.
In general, legal documents such as power of attorney or property deeds will need notary stamping. Private individuals may use notarization to strengthen a document, thus protecting it from fraud.
